ASSESS AND VALIDATE
We shortlist and view properties, assess value and pricing, review available documentation and identify risks, coordinating technical, legal or specialist input when required.
NEGOTIATE AND STRUCTURE
We develop the negotiation strategy and prepare the offer. We coordinate financing with lenders or specialist advisers and, where relevant, renovation analysis and quotation comparisons.
EXECUTE AND SUPPORT
